Deadspin posts the Favre pics. Ugh.

Hard to see how the league could discipline this without some kind of legal charges involved. Leaving skanky messages isn't a crime, but sending those pics is (probably) a felony....if he did it, he likely has worse problems than league discipline.

But ps, gotta wonder how long Wrangler is going to air these stupid Wrangler ads on espn before someone says 'ummm....'

Are Wranglers the ones for the fella who needs a "skosh" more room? Or do I have the wrong company?

Maybe (if the Deadspin report is true) enough for the league to step in?

Trust me, I realize how explosive this story could be. But let's all take a deep breath and go one step at a time. For now, all we know is that the NFL is reviewing the report and accompanying video. There has been no confirmed connection between Favre and the messages or photographs.

If we get to that point, we'll of course discuss what would be serious implications for Favre, the Vikings and the Jets. (Favre played for the Jets in 2008.) NFL discipline for violations of its personal conduct policy range anywhere from a fine to suspension. Commissioner Roger Goodell has wide latitude in identifying behavior that qualifies for punishment; the policy covers all "conduct that undermines or puts at risk the integrity and reputation of the NFL, NFL clubs or NFL players."

There's no way the league could 'review' the video and say 'no big deal.' They'll have to do something....probably based on whether there's a legal issue here.

The bigger question is why law enforcement isn't also reviewing the video.

"Asked Thursday to address the report, Favre said: "I'm not getting into that. I've got my hands full with the Jets"

    Indeed he does.

If law enforcement gets involved, it would be a signal to women all over America to try to cash in with their collections of "unsolicited" sexts and penis pics.

Why would we even assume in the first place that Sterger is telling the truth?

And what are Daulerio's motives for burning her like this?

I wonder if LBJ wore Wranglers around the ranch.
