    I tip pretty well percentage wise, although my meals are normally not that expensive.

    considering their base pay is less than minimum wage, the tip is their salary.

    Tempura is not sushi. Temura is fried stuff and sushi is meat, usually fish, served with a specially cooked rice.

    The rice is the only thing that makes sushi, sushi....so you can have tempura shrimp sushi. A cooked salmon roll is still sushi.

    Now, if you want to talk about pure, raw fish....then you mean sashimi.
