Stephen A. owes Skip big time. Period.
Skip interrupted Stephen A. as he uttered the most critical word of his LeBron rant. I saw it live and listened to it 10 times afterward and still can't decide what he said.

If I read that link right, the turd on which Bayless bloviates is seen by 500,000. In a country of 300 million people, that's less than one of every six hundred people.

And judging from the posts I see through the years, half those people post on SportsJournalists.com.

I've never seen skip bayless on tv and never will.

I was referring to all ESPN programming in the aggregate. But point taken. (Although I think we'd all be surprised at how small and atomized daytime ratings are for everything on TV.)

    Yep.

ESPN offers plenty of good stuff if you know where to find it...and "good stuff" is relative to all audiences.

Aside from channel surfing, don't think I've ever seen First Take since it was changed from Cold Pizza. I actually kind of liked that show before it became Skip Bayless/SAS/Woody Paige/etc. yelling about the Lakers/Cowboys/USC/Notre Dame/Yankees/Red Sox.

    Absolutely.

I enjoy FirstTake, when the topics and panelists are interesting. But I also seldom miss Outside the Lines, and catch E:60 and the 30 for 30s when I can. Around the Horn makes me smile when I catch it.

Sleep right through the Sports reporters, though. Sports reporters and their self-importance on a Sunday morning? No thanks.

Its ESPN's version of Jerry Springer. Skip bayless says jay-z is overrated and eminem is better than jay-z

I am not a fan of Skip Bayless.

I was not a fan of Dana Jacobsen on that show, either.
