BTW, the conspiracy theorists already have a doozy going for this. This whole thing was orchestrated by Obama to prevent the repeal of healthcare, since the House vote was scheduled and then postponed. That's in addition to the usual theories that it's a plot designed to give the government an excuse to crack down on the Patriot Movement and take everybody's guns.
