No more politics means no more politics - lock it up.

Boom, the underlying theme on all 23 pages is criminal activity. No one has debated political points of view -- hell, not many have come to McThug's defense.
If you have a point to prove, please do it somewhere else. I started this thread and will fight for its merits.

And that's why Webby and Moddy have let it be, as I'm sure they will continue to do.

It still does not take away the fact that at it's core it's a thread about politicians.

No, this is a major news story in southeastern Michigan and most of the rest of Michigan. It is not inherently a political thread just because it happens to involve politicians.

You're right. It is about politicians. It is not about politics. There's a difference.
Thank you in advance for your help.

I third that motion, Slappy. This thread is not a political debate. I think everyone here who knows about the situation agrees that Kwame, Monica, Sam Riddle, etc., are a bunch of dipshits.

    Please don't lock this thread.

So if a politician ran into a burning building to save some young childrens' lives, we wouldn't be able to have a thread on it, just because he's a politician?

Obama figuratively has just done just that and we can't discuss it. To me it needs to be all or nothing - no shades of gray.

Boom, maybe they should just remove you from this thread instead of locking it. We've gone 23 pages without problem until you showed up.

This place is a much better place when there are no political discussions.

Webby's decision to get rid of the political board was one of the best ones ever made for this site.

It is a sports journalists board.

You could say the same thing about some of the other political discussions. It should be all or nothing. At it's core this is a story about political malfeasance. You can't spin it any other way.
