A joke has, you know, a set up and then punch line.

He basically said, "Those girls are tough-looking ugly whores," which is not a joke. It's just an insult.

And re: rap: While I would be the last person in the world to defend the manure I think that "music" is . . . at least the insults and misogyny are for the most part anonymous. Imus pretty much insulted a dozen select women.

 

What does that have to do with anything? If you don't like it, then fine. You can say you don't like "gangsta" rap and all that, but saying "it's all noise" dosn't have to do with anything.

 

Howard Stern ought to be right next in line to get his stupid ass beat into the fucking floorboards, too.

The sooner shit like this is driven off the airwaves, the better off we'll all be.
