Did Mitt Romney assault a prep school classmate?

Time to update the Romney Screw-up Rundown(tm)!

 

A couple questions with that: Does anyone actually care if he insulted Jimmy Carter? Also did he fire that aid or did the aid resign? I thought the latter, although Romney didn't offer any public support for him.

 

The most quietly effective campaign since "Lord of the Flies."

Re: Romney being out of touch because he is rich, I saw a great shirt that read:

"I can't understand why I'm supposed to be more outraged at how Mitt Romney spends his money than I am about how Barak Obama wants to spend mine."

I damn well would remember if I was pinning down someone who was terrified as someone wielded some scissors. Expect at least that much recall ability from your fellow citizens.

 

As opposed to the corporatist media coordinating its anti-Obama stories nonstop as well. Same as it ever was.

Don't think anybody really cares how Romney spends his money. That's not why he's out of touch with any class but the uber-rich.

 

I don't really care how Mit (sic) Romney spends HIS money.

What I don't like are the plans of him and his billionaire buddies for what they're going to do with MINE: Give it all back to themselves in the form of tax cuts, then cut off the goddamn Social Security and Medicare I've been working for 38 years before I collect a penny. (Oh yes and also all the government services which might ever be of any benefit to me.)

And yes, that is PRECISELY what they plan to do.

How bout this for a change - how about a candidate who not only talks about cutting taxes and the size of government, he actually talks about cutting the budget in very precise terms.

It will never, ever happen cause the "handout" crowd has become the overwhelming majority in this country.

But if you think that Romney and Obama have different ideas about how to spend your money you are kidding yourselves.

They both govern for the elite.

 

Have to disagree. I really don't think Obama and Dems have plans on the table to bring Medicare and Social Security to an end as the GOP does.
