To answer the thread question: No, they do not appeal. They accept the Alford plea and move on.

 

Dana Delaney is absolutely on my list of five chicks. She's why I watched Body of Proof.

 

Delany looks like she had work done. Tasteful, well-done work. I don't have a problem with it at all. I don't think I'd have sex with any woman almost 30 years older than me who hasn't had similar work done, though. Cosmetic surgery is the great equalizer.
