    Baked Margarita Spaghetti Squash

    Ingredients:
    1 large spaghetti squash
    2 tbsp. olive oil
1 large Roma tomato, finely chopped
2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil
    1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. each salt & pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder

    Steps:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Using a large knife or a cleaver, slice the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise down the middle. Use a spoon to remove the seeds and center strings. Drizzle the two halves with olive oil and then sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place the squash, open side down on a cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, check to see if the squash is soft and easily comes up with a fork into a spaghetti like texture. If it’s too hard to remove, cook for another 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, scrape and fluff the stringy squash with a fork. Leave the squash in the skin. Turn the oven up to broil. Add the tomatoes and fresh basil into the squash, stir and top with the mozzarella cheese. Place in the broiler for 3-4 minutes, until the cheese is melted and slightly browned. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving the squash.

Is lobster considered vegetarian cuisine? Either way, I'd slaughter this (courtesy of Boston Globe FB page):

In the Italian-American favorite lobster fra diavolo (literally “brother devil”), whole shell-on lobsters enhance a spicy tomato sauce, which is tossed with spaghetti.

This Japanese joint thinks it's better than any vegetarian joint.

Three posts in a row, each progressively less relevant to the thread. There are a dozen threads on this site about burgers, yet you chose the one that is about vegetarianism.

That looks amazing. As does the sweet potatoes posted before.

I always assumed "fra diavolo" translated as "from the devil," since it was red and hot (spicy).

The spaghetti squash is irrelevant how? Take away that chicken breast and it's a vegetarian meal.

Oh, and good morning, have a nice day.

    "Progressively less relevant."

Indeed, but you said the last 3, meaning starting with the squash and I submit to you that that post is not irrelevant.

Which leaves us with the lobster pasta and the Japanese burger.

I've known vegetarians who aren't *that* vigilant and would eat seafood, so that post is on the edge of relevance.

And that leaves us with that monster burger.

    Which is not relevant.

The people you know who eat seafood are vegetarians like I am the Queen of England.

    By definition, they aren't vegetarians.

Pretty sure they don't care about proper definitions. They don't eat meat or fowl. They've chosen to eat sea foods.
