Do Vegetarians and Vegans Think They Are Better Than Everyone Else?

I know more omnivores who are critical of vegetarians and vegans than I know vegans and vegetarians who are critical of people who consume meat or other animal products.
Obviously, I know a lot more omnivores, so the raw number should be higher but I'm not sure where it would stack up as a percentage.

 

I haven't followed this thread, but I saw a FB post the other day which said:
You know that wonderful sensation your senses get when that steak on the grill is almost done and the smoke wafts its way toward you?
Do vegetarians get the same feeling when they mow the lawn?

That one even made my wife laugh.

 

Fart talked to someone the other day at a wedding who sends child to "Vegan Camp".

My parents sent me to Presbyterian camp when I was a child. Does that mean that WASPy Virginia Presbyterians think they're better than everyone else?

If my child /doesn't/ get fed hamburgers and hot dogs at baseball camp they are going to get a fucking earful from Fart.
