    It’s very easy to go from shitty cook to decent to good cook with a little YouTube and time and effort.

    If you have a solid 8-10 dish rotation, your family will be very happy. You don’t need a 15-ingredient soup to be a good cook. Just pay attention to what you are doing and start to understand what the spices and salts do to food. Pay attention to what heat does to food.

    Meatloaf and meatballs are great places to start.

    Baking frozen ravioli in sauce is to much better than boiling them.

    Soups in an insta pot are easy. Don’t be afraid to add things like salt or hot sauce or garlic salt after it has cooked.

    Baked potatoes in an oven... easy

    Tacos are easy as shit. Try using ground turkey. Easier to cook and work with.

    Just follow recipes. It really isn’t hard.
