I know you aren't calling me a racist. One thing people have failed to realize is that I never endorsed or in any way, shape or form endorsed the views in the links I have provided. Birtherism is idiotic and hurts conservatism overall because it makes it look like people on the right will do anything, no matter how based in fantasy, to harm Obama. It is like those who complain about his brother living in poverty in Kenya...from what I understand this "brother" is a distant relative who has never had a relationship with the President. Not important at all, but the story was jumped on by Hannity and his ilk.

What I think the right has to understand is that there is plenty to go after Obama for. There may be differences in opinions about the reasons, but the economy is still stuggling, the stimulus did nothing to help and unemployment remains high. And Obamacare is as unpopular as ever. To dabble in the birther idiocy takes attention away from the actual important shortcomings conservatives should be screaming about (like his flop on the debt ceiling). But I was pointing out there remain people who question the COLB that was presented. If that makes me a "birther" or a "concern troll birther," so be it.

Regardless, I did not take it as you calling me a racist, MM. But thanks for pointing it out, anyway.

There remain people who think the earth is flat. If you point them out for any reason other than to mock them, you're encouraging them.

That's probably a good point. My bad.

And making fun of mentally handicapped children is always good for a laugh, huh?

The joke there is at the expense of the Arizona legislature. Possibly Sarah Palin.

sure, which is why he used Trig instead of one of the other Palin children.

He used Trig because there's a conspiracy theory about him not being Sarah's, but rather Bristol's. That's why she wouldn't produce the birth certificate, in the joke.

I'll say this for Trump - if he wins and selects his cabinet like he casts his shows, we'll be in for some interesting times.
