Let's break this down:

McGwire = WS title.
McNabb = ZERO super bowls.

McGwire = helped his team win in key playoffs.
McNabb = choker that killed his teams chances/drives MANY times in key playoff/SB games.

McGwire = played well above expectations to become one of the greatest HR hitters of all time.
McNabb = serious bust that has fallen below expectations, helped ruin the Iggles, and is now running scared for all to see.

McGwire = played at a high level almost to his 40's.
McNabb = hasn't played full season in 3 of last 5 years & is pretty much shot at age 30.

McGwire = SHATTERED one of the most meaningful records in all of sports.
McNabb = Has he even led the league in anything at his position ever?

Yeah, cause you couldn't have said almost the same thing about McGwire when he played in 74 games from 1993-94. He was 31 by that point. Looked pretty much shot.
