I found "as I explained earlier" to be offensive, when the people most invested in this matter have "explained" they're point of view, and it holds more weight with me than SnarkShark's point of view.

While he (she?) may not empathize with the transgender community, I shouldn't have made so many assumptions about where he/she was coming from.
