    Understood, SnarkShark. I think we're looking at that aspect of the OP's situation from difference perspectives -- you from the reporter's, mine from the sports editor's/management's.

    If a reporter tweets about a high school football/basketball game and he or she doesn't routinely put the score in the tweets, it bugs me.

    I want to know the score and how much time is left. The rest is gravy. Gravy by itself is pretty unappealing.
