I actually wasn't defending him. I was merely engaging in a debate in which I think there is a difference between a crack addict mugging or shooting people to get money for his habit and an oxycotin addict engaging in white-collar crime to do the same. At least in the latter, people aren't getting hurt in a violent way. Ultimately, they're both wrong and deserve whatever the criminal justice system decides they deserve.

And the animal think is an observation held by more than one person that liberals would just as soon save the whales a human beings. What other kind of thinking would get indignent about dog-fighting, but condone abortion?

So, as we've discussed previously, and since we're dealing in hypotheticals, you think there's a huge difference between your hypothetical "crack addict mugging or shooting" and middle class vehicular homicide? The latter is, well, boys being boys or something like that?

And as some of us have pointed out previously--but I guess you were chasing Muslims at the time--there are more people killed in alcohol related vehicular incidents than all the convenience store shootings you can imagine in your small mind.

This isn't--as you keep pointing out--a difference of opinion.
