No surprise, you cut out the previous paragraph in your quote, which also mentioned Rick Perry cutting short his European trip (I know, I know, optics).

Besides, wouldn't this be hurting Republicans more, since they were essentially going to win big time this cycle? Now, nobody's paying attention to he midterms, as opposed to the 3 percent who normally would.

This is not either/or ... I think the operative phrase is "abundance of caution."

So far Ebola prevention plan is taking on the quality of the Health Care.Gov roll out.

Hapless public officials proclaiming that everything is fine but the general public
    seeing nothing of the sort.

Baron, if foreign nationals had a Constitutional right to travel to the U.S., your gun comparisons might have some merit.

How many more Americans have to die before Obama gets this shit under control?

As far as "panic" and political consequences, everything changes if one of these nurses dies.

It sounds like they're doing ok, and I hope to hell they recover. I'm glad they are both getting the best care possible.

You do know the Constitution can be amended, don't you?

So, since bans are supposed to make us safer, why aren't the Republicans offering a Constitutional Amendment to ban guns?

I'm sure there will be panic in the streets.

    LOL.

Your argument would have enough merit to discuss Baron. I didn't say it was a winning argument.

Start another thread, and we can discuss it all you want, but the evidence is that more guns make us safer.

    Yes, it's irrefutable.
