    Twitter stock was down again today. It's trading at just over $48.50 a share. But there is a deal in place for Musk to buy it at $54.20. There is skepticism about the deal actually closing built into that current discount to the buyout price.

    Why is there such a discount? I know Musk is full of shit and he is leveraged out the ass, but he seems to have the financing to make the purchase. Why wouldn't it go through?
