Same thing at the L.A. Forum. They had some VIPs in for a tour just as they were finishing it up. One of them asked where the press box was. Cooke and his aids all looked back and forth at each other. There wasn't one. That's why they carved it into the first six or so rows of the Colonnade above the walkway. Chick Hearn, who used to broadcast from courtside, had to change his call from "Courtside View" to "Bird's-Eye View."

In a perfect world, the various large media organizations would fight back on the suspensions by eliminating all of their Twitter accounts. It would turn Twitter into parler and truth social.

You mean no more “Here’s a sentence on something that happened followed by 50 Twitter randos reacting to it!” articles?

So, if I’m tweeting I’m at a concert or a game, I’m really tweeting assassination coordinates?

Who knew that Brent Musberger was endangering 70,000 people every time he said, “You are looking live …”?

The Assassination Coordinates would be a great band name.

I'm going by memory, but I thought he called it "word's-eye view".
