    I’ll check out Meta’s Threads. Perhaps it’ll be a product I find useful. Kinda have my doubts but worth a peek since Twitter is more or less done.

    Twitter can be a great, if flawed, town square to use. It’s a pretty shitty town square to own and Elon has shown no interest in running it well or at a profit.

    Noticed in the past week that Tweets posted in SJ don't open for me anymore. I don't have Twitter and, thus, don't Tweet, but when I clicked on posted Tweets here they always opened.

    That's part of the new rate limiting, I believe - You have to be logged in / have an account to see tweets.

    I do not have a Twitter account and can no longer see tweets.
