Elon Musk takes over Twitter

See, when Elon dragged the sink into the building on the first day, he really meant that he was going to sink the company.

 

Hard to have sympathy for this company, and there are plenty of other reasons outlined why they might have been heading toward this anyway. But no doubt the fake tweet caused the avalanche. Got to think there are going to be some nasty repercussions for the current Twitter.

 

Eli Lilly's legal is no doubt hard at work over whether Elon and Twitter can be sued into Bolivian. I am not an attorney, so I can't answer that.

 

If some of these fake tweets do start costing mega-global companies billions of dollars, Musk may suddenly be found ass up in a ditch.

Unintended consequences have consequences.

 

Is he so rich that he thinks that being the guy to kill libruhls’ top social media platform will be a worthwhile investment? Can he afford to take this hit because he thinks his martyrdom will play so well with Trumpists that it ultimately benefits him?

I’m interested in what type of bankruptcy filing Musk opts for with Twitter. Chapter 7? Chapter 11?
