Well first, it has to be figured out what, exactly was done and secondly, whether it was wrong.

So far, all I’ve heard is some vague references to an email from when the guy wasn’t in political office and a bunch of rumors and innuendos about meetings without knowing what those meeting were about, what the end results were of those meetings and whether or not anything wrong occurred from those end results.

 

The email exists. There is nothing vague about its existence. And a person who received the email with the 'big guy' reference has said that was Joe Biden.
