I've often said Entourage suffers at 30 minutes. There's no time for any character development. And when they have a good show, it feels like they're just getting started when the credits roll.

rescue me may be my favorite show on right now... however, i don't think it's what entourage tries to be. it has a series bend to it that enterouge doesn't even attempt to touch

if you haven't checked out weeds, do so

oh, and spinning, the masseur wasn't gay, just bicurious

    oh quit your whining.
since when has entourage been about anything other than mindless fun?
if you want character development and drama and shit, go watch "Gilmore Girls."

Johnny Drama was clutch last night. Like Robert Horry clutch

Even the biggest Entourage apologist cannot defend last night's episode. Worst of the year.

Jason, just curious. For all your HBO love, apparently you don't watch Deadwood. Did you try it and didn't like it, never saw it, etc.?

I liked it... It takes a lot for me not to like anything set in Vegas...

Hoops is right... If you haven't seen Weeds, you gotta check it out... I think the first season is out on DVD.

I'm just waiting until they do an episode with the whole gang saving a haunted theme park where the ghost is actually the elderly owner who doesn't want to sell.

Memo to Meryl Streep: 'Entourage' Wants You
    By TVWeek Staff

Meryl Streep, if you're listening, Doug Ellin would like to talk.

Ms. Streep and Russell Crowe are high on the wish list for cameos on "Entourage," according to Mr. Ellin, creator and executive producer of the HBO series. The show, set in Hollywood and inspired by the experiences of actor Mark Wahlberg and his entourage of lifelong friends, has featured cameos by numerous Hollywood names, including James Woods, Gary Busey and Seth Green. Martin Landau is scheduled to appear in next Sunday's episode.

During the first of his weekly debriefings in Showrunner Shop Talk on TVWeek.com, Mr. Ellin discussed cameos, the cast and why the character Vince (Adrian Grenier) didn't jump into the brawl at the end of Sunday night's episode.

He also said Kevin Dillon was "terrified" when he read the script for episode 31, "Vegas, Baby, Vegas," which premiered Sunday night. But Mr. Dillon proved his genius as an actor in the episode, Mr. Ellin said.

He called Mr. Dillon one of the most underrated actors in Hollywood in that he was able to pull off a story arc in which his character, Johnny Drama, unknowingly sent signals to his masseuse that he is gay.

That might abs-fucking-lutely has to be the first, and only, time somebody called Kevin Dillon a genius actor.
