Here's an interesting item that appeared on OnMilwaukee.com:

This female TV reporter who was at the Cubs-Brewers game in question adds a lot of validation to a lot of the stuff Mike Nadel had to say. Rips on Erin pretty good, too.

These mini-skirted, sun-dressed, over-exposed women will be around forever. I don't care if they are named Erin or Piggy Sue. I don't know where they come from, but I never assumed anyone took them seriously (Ma Bad!). I think you can find Old Testament references to them, if you are so inclined. I'm not. What's the big deal? Why is it any concern of anyones? If these women have husbands or boyfriends, that's the problem of those guys, right?????

Isn't some of this Web site supposed to be about reporting, writing and editing? These women can wear string bikinis on Broadway, if that's their scene. I don't think anyone ever thought of these scantily-clad, biceps massagers as journalists. If so, when on earth did that start???

There's another quote from Miss Kusnierek that stands out:

"I (and Jen Lada) wear skirts and sundresses to the park all the time, but both of us have a pretty simple rule that the outfit should always hit no higher than an inch or two above the knee. If I would wear it to a party, it's not appropriate for work."

I do believe that one of the off-shoots of feminism in the latter part of the 20th century were identifying and establishing more stringent rules on sexual harrassment in the workplace. Pretty sure most of the people behind the current climate in the workplace were not registered Republicans. I understand why we have to have those rules. All of us still employed accept them. No one has the office at Mad Men any more. But I'm fairly certain the entire movement had a background in feminism and liberalism.

"The Current right-wing administration," has had very little to do with sexual harrasment in the workplace one way or another.

the current right-wing administration has everything to do with cutting off worker's rights. It is all about supporting management so they can squeeze people a little more.

Of course no Republicans would be involved in sexual harrassment. Just ask Clarence Thomas.

Sitting here trying to wonder where "right-wing" and "Republicans" fit in with the Erin Andrews debate.

I guess you can force it into just about anything ...
