Premature is how I roll, too.

Seriously, I am not saying it's definitively one way or the other. I can just see how it's now all black and white.

Actually, I think that's exactly what it is.

Five witnesses give statements that they saw Bryant put his hands on the wife, and shove her in the car.

The wife doesn't respond to the cops question about whether the argument turned physical.

But sure, the cops are raciss here, because Bryant's an upstanding man.

"He said the witnesses, who he said were a group of 14- and 15-year-olds, watching the scene from Buckland Pizza overreacted and called police."

How about we all wait to make our judgments?

    You go ahead and wait.

At least the six year old got to witness it all.

    Top notch parenting, those two.

If he was choking her, there would have been marks, Dexter.

Married people argue and fight sometimes.

Maybe the guy's a jerk and an abuser, but I am not surprised that the police report corroborates the police version of events.

I know Howard. I like Howard. I hope he's innocent.

    But this doesn't look good.

Eyewitness reports are not reliable. Neither are the denials of the accused. We have no idea how it looks.
