Even The Wolf likely can't clean up Harvey Weinstein's pending troubles

Hmmm.

 

Weinstein going to rehab for sex addiction.

I won't downplay any addiction. It's serious shit.

But can't say I believe this. This seems like the the only move for a powerful, narcissistic asshole who finally got caught.

 

I'd like to see an article about how Weinstein wielded so much influence. His business was taking indy films and distributing them and building a campaign for the Academy Awards. There are other indy film distributors in town, maybe they don't have the track record of getting Oscar noms and such...but really...

And I figure its only a matter of time before this outrage-athon spills in other unintended directions like the NFL knee thing has.

Laughable when a guy is listed as a correspondent for NBC News and yet has to take his work to The New Yorker to get it pubbed -- bc NBC had questions about its sourcing Yeah, the New Yorker has shit for standards...haven't seen further, but sounds like another pal of Harvey's at NBC put the kill on running.
