Yeah, intimate insight into the industry needs to be shamed by you.

Did you have to transcribe that to get it on here?

Rick, I'm a pretty liberal guy. I've also worked in TV for 25+ years.

You have no fucking idea what you're talking about.

    One thing worth pointing out...

The Buccigross situation is not superior/underling. There is certainly a power dynamic at work there, but she doesn't answer to him. Those transcripts read pretty innocently to me.

The thing that really bothers me is the Globe including "#longlegs" completely out of context. They were talking about how she adjusted the height of his chair.

I thought that, too, but I took it as a double entendre on his part, possibly. But, yes, that should have been explained better.

Totally agreed -- and the whole thing is just strange to me.

They're arranging a date. She suggests going to his house for dinner. I don't see anything there that seems inappropriate at all.

So you're calling @exmediahack a "lazy misogynist"? Because of words about an industry that he, unlike you, has a career's worth of inside knowledge?

Your sanctimonious high horse act really gets old. As does your incapacity to realize others know more than you about some things.

I don't think you've ever dated or flirted. She was definitely attempting to give the impression she was into him.

Him: #dreamgirl ... buttery Chardonnay? Do I add butter? I got LOADS of bourbon...is chicken Parm and penne ok?

Her: Haha yes chicken parm sounds delightful
Her: Dazzling in fact! (winky emoji)

That's dinner together and a clear indication of flirting, with the added casual acceptance of the dreamgirl hashtag.
