The Buccigross situation is not superior/underling. There is certainly a power dynamic at work there, but she doesn't answer to him. Those transcripts read pretty innocently to me.

 

The thing that really bothers me is the Globe including "#longlegs" completely out of context. They were talking about how she adjusted the height of his chair.

 

I thought that, too, but I took it as a double entendre on his part, possibly. But, yes, that should have been explained better.
