Recent? Rick Stain's Throne of Judgment was one of the first things people noticed about me here.

Umm... these are your exact words in reference to @exmediahack's post:
Do you see a noun or an adjective?

True. But I recall it once being tolerable. It's evolved into insufferable.

Maybe. Maybe you’ve changed. I can live with it either way.

Look at the grammar around it. It’s pretty clear that was supposed to be misogynism. Phone induced typo.

We all have misogynistic tendencies because we live in a misogynistic society.

LOL. The ole blame it on the phone bit. How original.

It doesn’t have to be perfectly proportioned, but eight times out of 10 when a prestige job is skewed towards white men, it’s because a culture of mediocre white men are protecting each other.

Maybe you’re only getting an applicant pool of 30 women because they get shit on by people who talk shit about them from the moment they enter the industry.

Or maybe it's because far more men want to work in sports broadcasting than women. That's not really a tough concept to grasp.

A huge percentage of men trying to get into the business want to work in sports. Women entering the business are usually aiming for news or weather jobs.

Has it occurred to you that there is a certain ... inefficiency in constantly questioning me on things you've already made up your mind about?

I grasp the concept. I bet it's less true than you think.

Well, one of us is speculating.

The other one has been in TV for 25+ years and is close friends with the News Director at arguably the top broadcasting school in the US.

I bet it's exactly as true as I think.

Skipping class on branch-and-bound algorithm day was not a good call ...
