Based on his previous public comments and accusations that have been made against him, I'm fairly certain President Trump was already worthy of such treatment.

I hadn't heard this story before and it is, as you say, completely fucked up. Reading about her depositions with the defense attorneys should be mandatory reading for everyone that asks why women didn't come forward to report rapes.

What is the what? And what do we call it?

What's the difference between sexual abuse, sexual assault, sexual harassment and rape?

 

In order: Unwanted touching in a sexual manner, unwanted aggressive sexualized behavior that doesn’t involve physical contact, and assault that involves genital stimulation.

Language is infinitely imprecise so you can probably come up with some tricky boundary cases if you look for them, but those definitions should be fine 99% of the time.

 

I’d be curious to hear from our legal experts if this has a chance to be successful.
