Yes, it's a flawed system and you'll never make any money doing it. Not worth most or our time, but as a fresh out of college reporter it may be a chance to put some clips together and add something (albeit not great) to your resume.

 

Reviving this thread because I wanted to read about Texas-San Antonio's first-ever football game. First story I came across was from examiner.com. I found out that UTSA won the game....with the final score in the 23rd paragraph.

Was it the inaugural game? It's not clear from the story.
