That runner who was knocked down by the first explosion is going to have a shitload of of voicemails to return when he gets home.

For example: Boston Globe is now reporting more than 100 injured.

In reality, both numbers will fluxuate over the hours but trend upward.

Very, very, very, very much agree.

Is the JFK Library his presidential library? Would it have been closed for the holiday?

As an aside, terrorism requires a political motive. Wouldn't surprise me, but yet to be established.

    Yes, it's a presidential library.

I'm going off the report from the Dorchester paper and it said the "fire" was in a mechanical room, which one can assume isn't a public area.

What does THIS date have to do with tax day?

Just heard on WBUR livefeed that library indeed still says it was electrical fire. Can't say I would blame Boston police for checking it out, though.

The official count is for the moment 2.

The Post may or may not be right - but they're the only media outlet saying 12. And their count of the wounded is low given current totals available elsewhere.

    Fluid? Sure.

But I'm not inclined to take the Post at their word about a "Saudi Arabian" suspect already in custody.

Race was at 4:09 mark. Any significance?

Boston Police now saying the JFK "incident" was related to a fire, not an explosion.

Which is what the Dorchester paper reported awhile ago.

BPD has stated it has arrested no one. Of course, there are a few other law enforcement agencies on the scene, like all of them.

Nothing that I know of ... 4/19 was the date of the raid at Waco.
