    Some reports say no one in custody, others say the suspect is expected in federal court. I guess that means he's just showing up on his own.

    The woman on CNN just said the bomber was obviously a local because you couldn't drive the bombs into town because they might explode en route. I didn't realize they were made with unstable sticks of TNT like in the early 1900s.
