Tribune folks placed the order at Regina's, too. High-faluting.

As the mayor of deadliest city in America is wont to say, never let a crisis go to waste.

Still really unclear how # 2 got away from cops in Watertown and why it took an hour and a half from the time they show MIT cop to find them. WAPO has best account so far but still a lot of questions.

"Just after midnight, police responding to the crime spree spotted the Mercedes and gave chase. The SUV tore through the nearly empty streets of Watertown with as many as a dozen police cars in pursuit. The officers had to dodge homemade bombs hurled from the speeding Mercedes."

Where was the cavalry at that point? Earlier accounts spoke of a chase that included helicopters and dozens of police cars. Clearly that was not the case.

Is that a standard boilerplate graph in federal indictments? If not, why the fuck did Holder's boys feel it necessary to put it in there?

Tsarnaev is evidently cooperating, says they had no ties to terrorist groups:

I like that they referred to "religion" and "religious fervor" without mentioning any specifics. That kind of well-developed writing serves the reader by helping them quickly gloss over important details.
