Now sit back and watch the MSM as it ties itself into knots trying to hide this statement or spin it into something else.

Russia contacted FBI "multiple times" on T1

Yes, I'm sure the MSM is looking for ways to hide the information you just quoted in the lead of the story in the New York Times.

People have suggested that Russia just has a hard on for all Chechens, and would label nearly any Chechen a terrorist.

Well, as this USA Today article points out, there are only a couple of hundred Chechens in the US, and 70% of them are female:

    http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/2013/04/19/chechens-immigrants-us-population/2097065/

So, how many Chechens could they have warned us about? Why didn't they take them seriously?

  6. Did their files indicate they were Chechen or from Dagestan?

They were given asylum, which is how almost all Chechens have gotten here.

The fact that they're from a persecuted minority -- i.e. they're Chechens -- would be the reason for them to be granted asylum.

Graham also asks: if FBI had file on Tamberlan how did they not match his photo with the ones they released on Thursday?

Well according to Barney Frank we can't blame the sequester:

'I'm saying that if the sequester had gone through,' Frank continued, 'and we had not had enough money, we couldn’t be able to do this. Yeah, I'm making an argument about reality, and that’s the only responsible response.'

Frank added that he hoped some people - referring to those on the political right - would be 'less enthusiastic about reducing our ability to respond to a crisis like this.'

Even before sequester, the budget had already been cut:

But he was angry that the world pictures Islam as a violent religion.
