I believe the WashPost accurate.y reported that the suspect was not armed at the ti e of arrest and no officer has said they saw him armed or saw hi. Fire at them.

The whole idea of it being a drill makes no sense either. Who does drills that involve civilians who are not aware they're a part of a drill and who does drills that result in severe casualties among those cilivians?

Now there is a FB post that shows a woman being interviewed both at the Marathon and then after the firefight in Watertown that says she is a "staged actor." Of course...there is no video evidence...just two pics and some words photoshoped onto the pic...but, of course it has hundreds of shares and thousands of likes.

The photos taken by the fellow who witnessed the shootout showed the Civic, and yes, they did end up with two cars in Watertown.

    That's bizarre.

I can understand them carjacking the guy more for his ATM card than for his SUV, but they drove around in the SUV, right?

When did they go back for the Honda, and why would they take two cars?

I have no clue. There was a report out there that said they made a stop at an undisclosed destination after the car jacking.

Of course, no one can seem to get their stories straight.

Still a lot to be flushed out from that 3 mile stretch from Cambridge to Watertown. One report that baffles me is the one of the brothers tossing pipe bombs out of their car during chase. When did this happen? It sounds like a real life Super Mario Brothers chase.

I was reading through the comments. He smugly says to anyone who criticizes him "You didn't read the article." So? It's a piece of shit. Nobody needs to read it to know that. All he does is bombard you with one detail after another that doesn't mean anything. I'd love to see if a baseball bat to the skull would improve his critical thinking skills.

Can someone tell me how we all missed Glenn Beck's big announcement? Wasn't it going to be the biggest announcement in the history of the United States? An announcement and reveal that would shake the very foundation of our country?
I must have missed it in between rolling my eyes and scheming with Obama to take away America's guns. :)

The NYT out with their new version of the chase to Watertown:

    http://www.nytimes.com/2013/04/25/us/officers-killing-spurred-pursuit-in-boston-attack.html?pagewanted=1&hp

Police officials initially announced that officers had “exchanged gunfire” Friday evening with the surviving suspect, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, as he hid in a boat in the backyard of a house in Watertown, Mass. Now several law enforcement officials say no gun was found in the boat,
and officials say they are exploring what prompted officers to fire at Mr. Tsarnaev, who some feared was armed with explosives.

Law enforcement officials now say they have recovered only one gun elsewhere
, which they believe was used by Mr. Tsarnaev’s older brother, Tamerlan — not the three previously reported. And initial reports that the brothers first came to the attention of the police after robbing a 7-Eleven were wrong. The police were called to a gas station convenience store early Friday after a man who said he had been carjacked by the marathon bombers escaped and sought help.

'Law enforcement agents said Wednesday they do not believe the wound on his neck was the result of a suicide attempt — contrary to some published reports.

SWAT team member Jeff Campbell said the 2-inch-long bleeding wound on the front of his neck looked more like a cut made by shrapnel from an explosion.

A second law enforcement official echoed the view that the wound did not appear to be self inflicted."
