In all seriousness, these dudes are unrecognizable, and I'm working off a high-res screen.
You can barely make out whether the one has facial hair.
They're like hundreds of hipster-douche backpackers I've seen in my neck of the woods over the years.

I think he has his degree from Folgers State.

Maybe we can press conferences like Black Friday at Wal Mart where the first in line get to ask questions first.

Several years ago in my city, a guy was killed in his hotel room. He had checked in with a woman and police needed to find her. They released surveillance video of the hotel lobby. The images were terrible -- far, far worse than the bombing suspect images.

Within 30 seconds of airing the video, we got a call from one of our interns. She immediately recognized the woman in the video as someone she worked with at a bar in town. We called the investigator... and found out someone else had just identified her as the same woman. She's now in prison for murder.

Bomber dudes are screwed -- particularly the guy in the white hat. People will recognize them.

Wrong. It's a huge damn leap to be presuming any nationality purely from those photos.

Even if you think they looked American, so what? You don't think non-american terrorists would have the common sense to try to dress and look as American as possible while doing this? The whole point is to try to blend into the crowd and look inconspicous, right?

They might be Americans, might not. But there's nothing in those photos that causes me to lean one way or the other.

IP ban him instead. If it's a regular member who created this troll account, then his regular account will be banned as well.

But if you knew them, I think you'd be able to recognize them.

In the world's biggest college town, the fact these guys are young is not going to facilitate finding them.

Like PCLoadLetter said, if you know these guys, you'll recognize them. It's not limited to a still shot. It's the face, yes, but it's also the overall look, the clothes, even the particular way each guy walks.

If you know either guy, it will jump out at you. A lot of little things add up.

100%. You or I might not notice them, but someone who knows them will recognize them.
