    Does it HAVE to be? No.

    Does it smell an awful lot like it? Yeah.

    Your garden-variety carjackers usually don't come equipped with IEDs.

    Been amazing and riveting. Was all over Twitter for at least half hour before CNN cut in.

    Jake Tapper said he confirmed two suspects were apprehended.

    But it's CNN, so they're probably both at large.

    Of course I can't find it now, but I read a tweet from one of the news feeds that the Watertown thing started with a car-jacking.

    CNN doing a lot of speculating, then following it by saying "we shouldn't speculate."

    CNN was doing better when they were taking the local feed.

    Now we have their own name reporter -- Jake Tapper -- on the air, but he has no new news, and isn't at the actual scene.

    What's the point?
