Evidently its gone out over Boston scanners that the suspect on the loose is the white hat guy from Monday.....

Scanner said suspect is armed with explosives and an assaults rifle. Dark, curly hair, gray hoodie and white hat. I thought I heard them say he was a white guy, too.

And just now said could have IED device on him.

WCVB is going out of their way to not say tonight is connected to the Marathon bombings while still putting the idea in viewers minds that they are connected.
Reports of multiple shootings and a bag of grenades tossed from a moving car that the SWAT was looking for

The suspect in custody is currently naked, lying on the ground and being questioned by the FBI now.

Doesn't sound like he's dead.
