CNN reports that arrest has been made - Lord & Taylor security camera footage cracked the case, or helped.

NBC breaks in live and apparently doesn't know too much. "I think it's fair to say we don't precisely know what's happening right now," said Pete Williams.

Meanwhile, CNN and AP reporting an arrest is either made (CNN) or imminent (AP).

BOSTON (CBS) – CBS News is reporting that a person wanted in connection with the Boston Marathon bombings has been identified.

Investigators made a “clear identification” of a suspect in the bombings with surveillance video, according to CNN, which is reporting that a suspect has been arrested.

Correspondent John King, a Boston native, said authorities have a clear video image of a “dark-skinned male” placing a bag at the second bomb site outside of the Forum restaurant on Boylston Street and then leaving the area before that explosion.
