Tyrell Biggs and Carl Williams were bums. Are we being serious here? Mitch Green had more talent than those guys, but was pretty much
a thug who could never stay away from the street and nightlife long enough to reach his potential. Peak Tyson did not beat any good boxers over
6'2. Peak Tyson would not haven beaten Riddick Bowe. Was Tyson at his peak when he lost to Holyfield?
Holyfield had maybe the biggest heart of any heavyweight and was a great fighter, but he was a bulked (juiced) up cruiserweight.

Buster Douglas fight. Douglas was a bigger guy who didn't back down against Tyson. Biggs
and Williams were taller guys, but were nowhere near good heavyweights. Both lost to several other fighters besides Tyson. Take a look at some of
the guys they lost to. Peak Tyson probably doesn't beat peak Wladimir Klitshcko. Of course if Tyson connected he can drop Klitschko, but Klitschko
most likely would jab all night and keep Tyson away.

Tyson was not close to his peak when he lost to Holyfield, anything post prison is Tyson as a shell of himself.

And don't put too much stock in Riddick Bowe. He was as talented as any heavyweight ever and equally as frustrating and undisciplined. There was the Riddick Bowe that showed up in shape for the first Holyfield fight and maybe one or two other fights in his career and the generally weight-challenged, lazy Bowe that showed up all the other times. Tyson would have destroyed that Bowe.

Yes it was a punch that cut Klitschko, but he did not get knocked out. Both guys hurt each other. The fight was stopped and two judges had Klitschko
ahead. No one had Tyson ahead against Lewis. Not even going to bother to look it up, but I remember watching it and Lewis dominated. Lewis vs
Klitschko was a very close fight. At that time Vitali was better than Wladimir, but Wladimir had the better career, even though he had some very bad
losses. Williams, Biggs and Green were nowhere near as good either Klitschko.

Yes Tyson would have destroyed the 300 pound out of shape Bowe. Just like Tyson would've destroyed the out of shape Buster
Douglas who was crushed by Holyfield. But I'd bet anything on Peak Bowe over Peak Tyson. Bowe dominated Holyfield two times
and lost a close, questionable decision. Tyson couldn't control who he fought, but at his peak he didn't beat any good guys over
    6'2.

The 3rd fight with Holyfield was a year before Holyfield beat Tyson and Bowe was knocked down once but completely dominated. Bowe wasn't
even in top shape then and that was pretty much his last real good fight. But No One ever gave Holyfield a beating like that. The only other time
Holyfield was stopped was in 2003, when he was 41 and should've been retired. Riddick Bowe had some issues, but at his peak he was an all time great.
And it's not just saying he had the potential to be one of the best ever. He was a great fighter. And five years after Bowe punished Holyfield,
Holyfield went the distance twice with Lewis.

I'll go all-in if he beats Mikey Garcia.

To the point that a much smaller fighter (Tyson) can beat a much bigger fighter (Wilder), I mentioned those fellas as examples of geometry, not quality.

    Interesting question in this.

Just when, exactly, is Peak Tyson?

Starts in 86 0r 87. Does it end when he goes to prison? Or with the loss to Douglas?

    Wants Garcia.

    He seems very humble.

Spot on, this. I recorded it and even allowed an extra hour and even then only got the first five rounds because of all the shit between the semi final and main event. No excuse for this.

    Ditto.

I think we've all been pretty spoiled over the years by HBO and Showtime.
