It was definitely him. I remember that quote more than I remember anything he did on the field.

 

It is just silly to say Smith is finished because he lost his temper. If he starts playing better and the team wins, nobody will care if he behaves like a jerk.

Unfortunately, the f-bomb was intended for the guy in the fifth row, not the guy in the second row who ended up arguing with.

 

Jets fans were non-ironically chanting, "We Want Vick!" That's a fan base that deserves for its team to suck.

 

And CBS intercepted it

 

What's kind of funny is the seats behind Jet cost have a PSL
cost of $25,000 per seat plus $7000 per year per seat.

I guess that the fan felt that he was entitled to say what he wanted.

 

Ugh. PSLs are the biggest joke ever played on sports fans. I'm not even sure how anyone ever thought it was a good idea to purchase one.

 

What's interesting that you hear little complaint about The Giants PSL's in same stadium.

Winning and a well run organization is probably part of the reason.

Meanwhile Jet PSL holders facing another crappy year of worthless tickets are
not happy.

 

Anyone who would pay 25K to simply secure the right to spend another 7K on tickets to 8 New York Jet home games is a fool.

I enjoy attending games (baseball, football and basketball) as well as anyone, but that's a freaking scam.

I'll watch on my huge screen while sitting on my comfy couch and avoiding all of the headaches that go with the NFL fan experience, thank you very much.
