    You’re crossing the lines between sauce, marinade and condiment.
    Duck sauce called Saucy Susan which is an apricot sauce is awesome on pork chops.


    Tzatziki is awesome when made right but it’s applications are limited to gyrotype foods and maybe kabobs.

    Seems suspicious. Maybe we should start calling Sriracha "Condiment-6."

    I'm calling a foul here. You can't combine two condiments and call it something new .... that's just lazy. ;)

    Maple syrup is gross. Peanut butter on pancakes, waffles is the way to go.

    And I agree with @typefitter - mayo is GOAT.

    Homemade maple syrup from VT or parts of the Adirondacks in NY, is great.
