And yet, you still think it's, "if that's the way they want to live their lives."

It's not about how someone "wants to live their lives." It's about who they are.

Your definition indicates it's some kind of choice. It's not.

Probably about as many as Mark has black friends.

It's funny. You're quick to look at every situation through a racial lens, and ascribe racial motives to all sorts of actions and thoughts.

And, you take great offense to what you perceive as racial injustice.

Yet, your views on homosexuality parallel those of avowed, acknowledged, and proud racist, Mark2010.

    The company you keep...

I'm not about to pretend I know the Bible forwards and backwards. Didn't know that was in there.

I'll stick by my original statement though: The Bible doesn't see a difference in punishment between adultery and homosexuality. Humans have tried to apply their own reason and values, and that doesn't work with the Bible.
Christians aren't perfect. I know they often act sanctimonious and exclusive, but true Christians will admit everyone, including themselves, is sinful in God's eyes.

My in-laws used to practice witchcraft. I'm not sure if that's really a secret though. It was certainly enough for me to be afraid to meet my MIL for the first time. She still keeps trying to give me this table that supposedly has a spirit trapped in it from a seance gone wrong. In the grain of the wood where the crystal ball supposedly sat is an image, more like likeness, of a face. It looks like it's screaming. That's one family secret that I'd just like to forget, because it's creepy.

See, I would totally dig that.
I don't believe in any of it, but I would still think it was cool.

Did I say being gay is a choice? No, I did not. So stop trying to put words in my mouth, chief.

So, what does, "if that's the way they want to live their lives," mean?

Do they want to be homosexual? Do you want to be heterosexual?
