Last I saw, UConn was leading Al Groh 28-0 in the second quarter.

That sound you hear is the laughter coming from former and current Jets beat writers who dealt with Groh.

Honestly, though, I did fairly well. I was just REALLY wrong about Cal and UCLA. My three big picks were Oklahoma (looking really good), Penn State and W. Mich. The Penn State and W. Mich picks were because I thought Idaho and Syracuse are that sorry. The Oklahoma pick because I think they are that good. The post is somewhere on this thread.

I don't know much about betting, but seriously, you are taking credit for picking Oklahoma against Washington, Penn State against Syracuse and any-college-football-team against Idaho?

Those are the easiest picks in the history of the world.

They are? You do realize I am talking about betting. And I have talked about point spreads in my posts?

I am talking about betting. Penn State was giving 28 points. I know plenty of people who stayed away from it. Oklahoma was giving 20.5 points and Washington showed some life against BYU last week.

I suppose Illinois, who couldn't cover giving 25.5 points against Louisiana-Lafayette was the easiest pick in the world too. I was just on the phone with a friend who was cursing his easiest bet in the world.

Ahh, didn't know you were talking points, but yes I'd say Oklahoma was an easy pick. Oklahoma is much, much better than BYU.
