And the Frogs have woken up and about to tie it up.

    Edit: Nope. Missed PAT.

Boy, am I glad Iowa played Penn State early in the season. The Lions look like a different team -- and not just on defense. Their young linebackers look great.

And regarding the Northwestern win, someone nailed it earlier in this thread.

If Stanzi just throws a dump-off pass to Robinson when Iowa was ahead 17-7 in the fourth quarter, instead of floating that ball for the NW safety, the Hawkeyes win.

Instead ... they're snakebit against Northwestern yet again.

You want an upset? How about this from Corvallis, Ore:

Wash. State leads 14-0 with 4:51 left until haftime.

And the Cougs are dominating the game thus far.

Oregon State not helping Boise either.

Isn't the CBS SEC package national?

Virginia Tech isn't helping the Broncos, too.

Next on the "has to be loving this" ... LSU

    Auburn in a battle
TCU in a battle and it's best two wins are losing luster by the minute
Boise's got the Oregon State problem and Va Tech is losing to UNC

Heck, Stanford could play its way back into this thing yet.
