Given that the NCAA has nothing to do with the BCS, only an idiot would believe the NCAA would do that.

Again, are you a Bronco or a Horned Frog?

He was moving as the ball was snapped. 5 yard penalty, and he butchered the second attempt.

A Duck friend of mind posted this gem on facebook, a few more inches away from actual English:
Granted it's facebook so you don't expect well-edited novels, but sheesh. And this is a older gentleman, not some teen.

Hope he's not an alum. If he is, my degree has depreciated.

Another day, another wild one in the WAC, as Fresno State and Nevada keep trading TDs in the third quarter. Fresno State just went back ahead, 31-28.

If the host Bulldogs win, that will leave only 12 Division I teams with one loss or less. And one-fourth of them will be from the Big 10.

We have 12 now. Losing Nevada would make it 11.

    Boise
    Auburn
    Oregon
    TCU
    LSU
    Stanford
    Wisconsin
    Ohio State
    Nebraska
    Oklahoma State
    Michigan State

    Math is hard, Dooley!

(actually, I forgot to knock Utah out of that group. They've fallen out of the national picture with a thud).

Well, this day was close to have the entire BCS apple cart flipped over into a ditch. Great day of football.

I was listening to the game on satellite radio. As soon as the first one was taken off the board, I knew he'd miss the re-kick. And then I saw the replay later. I don't think I've ever seen a kick as short as that (29 yards?) missed so badly.

Ditto that. Throw your headset again, after your sleazy outfit can't get it up, dirtball. Classic stuff.

I hear you, man, but since they remain in evidence-gathering mode, that situation is likely what
the NCAA will be faced with. And if and when they have smoking gun(s) in hand, they'll have
    no other choice.

The rug's very, very lumpy, and there's little room to sweep any more under it.

    The SEC . . . auction football.

    "Plausible deniability"

    The Mafia would be proud.

Auburn's football history speaks volumes. It's debased, and beyond pathetic.
