Know how I know Maryland sucks? They're using housewives from the 1980s as cheerleaders.

Head to head is so overrated. Otherwise, why not rank Oregon State ahead of USC, when in totality, USC is clearly better? You could get into a silly, convoluted chain of head to heads. They play 12-game seasons, not one-game seasons.

As No. 1? Or to get an at large? I really want to see them play UGA in the Cap One bowl. I think that would be a sweet matchup.

Florida breathes a sigh of relief.

That's the discussion we just had in the office.

I've got Texas and Florida ahead of OU right now in the SJ poll. If this holds up, I'm jumping OU ahead of Florida, but that's it.

Also have to consider when these teams lost. Oklahoma lost before Texas did, and Florida and USC lost before both of them.

In this instance, Texas stays ahead of OU. Texas beat OU, and lost to Tech on the road on the last play.

Personally, I can't stand that head-to-head isn't factored in more.

Or did you happen to forget which Big 12 north team slimed its way into the fucking Orange Bowl last year, because head-to-head doesn't mean dick?

I mentioned Green as a Heisman contender a few weeks back and got shouted down.

    Dude's a horse.

That was a cheap shot. Happy?

Yea, okay, but Tech beat Texas, shouln't they be ahead of them if you care about head to head?

So OU is third in you head-to-head system? Texas lost, OU lost and Tech lost, rank them on their head-to-head.

Weird, I just typed the exact same thing in the poll thread.
