They think they do everything better. Even toasted ravioli.
    On a parenthetical note.
When I listened to the police scanner, many vehicles involved in the mayhem were mentioned as having out-of-state license plates.

6'5, 290. Shoot till he goes down.

And I'd say that even if the 6'5 290-pounder was black, white, Jewish, Mexican, or Asian.

Half the people bitch if the cops are there and the other half bitch about police response times when they call.

His body mass index was off the scale. Michelle Obama should have intervened much earlier.

Is there a Whole Foods or Sprouts in Ferguson?

Thanks for contributing much to the discussion as usual.

Point is, as Spartan also noted, mutual distrust creates a very difficult situation for people on both sides.

Police in inner cities have a tough job -- one that's made tougher by many of their forebears' willingness (eagerness??) to use force against black residents.

Shooting 12 rounds from 150 feet away seems like reasonable force to you?

When you've been attacked in your car and the dude went for your gun, anything is reasonable force.

    Michael Brown chose his demise.

Go spend a year being a cop in an impoverished area, and deal with human nature on a daily basis, then get back to us.

In addition, didn't Wilson testify Brown had his hand at his waistband before charging back at the officer?

Let me amend that a bit: Anything short of Brown laying down after the first set of shots in reasonable. He'd already gone after the cop in the cop's car and went after the cop's gun. He lost any credibility after that. So when he turns around after the first set of shots, who knows what his intentions are. He should've gotten on his knees or laid down on his belly. Had Brown kept shooting in that scenario, then yeah, the blame shifts to the cop.
