Frightened LAPD guys with a badge and gun shot a hundred shots into a pickup truck carrying two Mexican female newspaper carriers last year, while looking for a black fugitive. No charges filed.

That same week, scared Torrance police officers fired into the truck of a white surfer dude, looking for the same black guy. No charges filed.

There are always scared cops shooting at people, Drip.

If he initially intended to stop the kid from advancing, he failed miserably. Again, he's a TRAINED officer. There was no need for pumping that many shots into an unarmed teenager. Sell crazy somewhere else, it's sold out here.

They need to find another line of work Poin. They're not qualified to be on the street with a loaded gun. Someone could get hurt or worse.

I don't have a problem with that statement. I do have a problem that its RACIST cops all the time trying to get the black man. The cops are shitty regardless of the color.

I never said that and yes, the boys in blue (and in some cases brown) can be shitty regardless of the color.

The breakdown of society started when a force full of racist cops and their buddies in local government did everything they possibly could to make sure there was no way to do a real investigation of what happened in order to protect their friend.

Jesus, he'd shot him in the arm at that point. If you've already shot a guy and he keeps coming I'm not sure how you stop him without shooting again.

Could you please tell us what greater steps a "TRAINED" cop should've taken to stop him from advancing without multiple shots and without trying to kill him? You know, since you're making it sound so easy and all.

I don't enjoy any of this. It's a sad, sad state of affairs, and the people who could do something about it are more interested in protecting their privileged position than making anything better.

Is there going to be more looting and rioting tonight, or was last night just a one-off?

Stoney, he could've shot him in the legs. It's as simple as that. According to the autopsy, Wilson shot Brown at least six times, including twice in the head. A TRAINED officer knows how to use his weapon. Also, here's one that hasn't been brought up, why didn't Wilson use a taser? That surely would've stopped him.
