I had plans in St. Louis today that I'm glad I cancelled. Would have gotten caught right in the middle of the highways being blocked by protestors.

I'm calling bull on it being too bulky to carry. To many cops seem to handle it just fine. Also, why does this department only have one available? Why aren't there one for every other cop at least?

How about scraping one of their anti mine vehicles and using the money on a device that won't lead to riots over a teen being shot?

I'm sorry, but Johnson's testimony to the GJ just seems so much more believable than Wilson's sack of lies.

I absolutely believe Wilson, in the end, blew up the situation because he felt disrespected. And he ultimately killed Brown because of it.

No. Cop is always right except for the times we know he isn't.

The problem with Johnson's credibility, however, was that he lied about Brown's hands being up in August.

If you honestly believe that, then you made up your mind a long time ago and didn't bother even looking at the evidence.

    Lied?

Or his eyewitness account was wrong?

I would hope one point we can all agree on after this is that people can tell a version of the same event, and be telling it in complete good faith, and have some minor or major details wrong.

He misspoke about that, and he also misspoke in his grand jury testimony about Brown having any part of his body in the car. He says in his testimony that Brown's hands never went inside the police car, yet they found Brown's blood inside the vehicle.

Johnson also confirms Wilson's testimony that Brown handed him the cigarillos at one point during the scuffle.

No doubt, but that was a pretty big detail, one that still has protestors walking down the street yelling "Hands Up! Don't Shoot."

It painted a completely different picture than the one that the autopsy showed.

That's a major fucking detail. I think he lied.
